Although, cooking rarely features on our list of hobby ideas, these people are so obsessed with cooking that they start treating it as a hobby. So, is cooking really a hobby? Hobby is any activity which comes as a pleasant variation from your usual work and which allows you to unwind. Going by that definition, cooking is indeed a hobby. My first Menu
Bahan-Bahan- laksa basah-direndam dalam air panas sebentar
- biji timun dihiris panjang2
- biji telur rebus-potong 4 setiap satu
- biji limau kasturi-potong 2
Bahan-bahan untuk kuah:-- ekor ikan kembung (dibersihkan dan direbus)
- keping asam keping
- tangkai daun kesum
- bunga kantan
Bahan kisar :-
- cili kering (ikut pedas masing2)
- belacan
- bawang besar
- garam secukup rasa
Cara-cara
- Ikan yg direbus, di tos airnya, dibuang tulangnya. Airnya disimpan untuk kuah nanti.
- Isi ikan dikisar.
- Masukkan isi ikan, air rebusan, bahan2 kisar yg lain, asa m keping, daun kesum, dan bunga kantan. Biarkan mendidih.
- Masukkan garam secukup rasa. Dan boleh lah dihidangkan.
Bahan-bahan untuk dalam laksa

1.ini la air yang digunakan untuk rebuskan ikan
2.letak cili kering yang dah dikisar tu dalam air ikan untuk rebus tu tadi
3.ikan dah dibawa keluar untuk dikisar,so tinggalkan air sahaja untuk di jadikan kuahnya
1.selepas direbus inilah hasilnya

pendekkan cerita:selesai sahaja membuat kuah dah boleh rebus mee laksa tu
lepas tu boleh la mulakan makan..ermm hingga menjilat jari :D
